In the event that we are not able to immediately satisfy your complaint, we will send you details of our internal complaints handling process.   If our investigations still do not resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you may take your complaint to Financial Services Complaints Ltd, email infor@fscl.org.nz or phone 0800 347257.
